Can I quantify restricted plasmid and oligos? - (Jul/09/2013 )

I just want to know whether it is a suggested practice to use UV spectrophotometer to quantify restriction digested plasmid and oligos?

I don't see a reason why not. Our primer supplier sends an OD measurement along with the synthesis report.
If you have dsDNA of exact length you can even calculate a copy number from the concentration which is in case of plasmids often more important.

You can use the calculator I linked (or any other). You need to fill in the concentration and the bp length.
