Hi all..
could anyone guide if use of percentage DNA fragmentation would be a good idea to study breast cacner related DNA damage.. merits n demerits ??

This needs a microplate reader. It looks good to me though. We usually just run fragmented DNA on gel and take picture and analyse according to the picture. But using the method you mentioned above you'll get numbers and I would say go for it.
