Protocol for DNA fragmentation Analysis - (Jul/04/2013 )

Can anyone please suggest the protocol for analysis of Apoptosis by DNA fragmentation method?

I have gone through the protocol, it has mentioned in pt 7 that the sample can be concentrated by vaccum in sppedVac concentrator bt my lab does not  have this facility. So can can u plz suggest alternative option for it.
