Free software like Bionumerics - (Jun/24/2013 )

Hi all,

I want to analyse the RAPD band pattern with image analysis software. I had this software in the previous lab but now I dont have any software for analyzing my data.

Could anybody suggest any free software to analyse the electrophoresis band patterns.

I want to create a dendrogram using the software.

So far I never found a free software doing all this together, getting band patterns, with database and analysing and outputting the results....usually you have to use several programs for all this...
