Hello All,

I need a help from you.
the question is i using a cell type XXXX and i want to check the genotype regarding this SNP in the genotype.
so for this can i extract dna from these cell type and can i use this DNA to sequence instead of doing pcr?

Yep, in fact doing PCR beforehand will increase the chance of a false positive.
