Oil red o - IF - (Apr/23/2013 )

Dear all,
May i ask of after i stained the fixed cell on dish, using oil red o on the whole dish, can I still do the IF on the cells which are not stained with Oil Red O...
Is the condition suitable for IF...

So long as you use a wavelength that doesn't cause the oil red to fluoresce you should be fine I think, though I have never tried it.
