Hi,
Can anyone tell me if any immediate early genes have the SP1 response element. If so can you give me a few examples, or tell me where I can get a list of such genes.

Hi,
To the best of my knowledge, SP1 is a human transcription factor which is ubiquitously present and gets activated by the mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway. I want to get a list of the genes which are transcribed by the SP1 transcription factor. Can anyone help me out.

Ah, I was fooled by the term "immediate early" which I only associate with viral genes
