Can anyone of u upload ur gel showing the PCR product before and after Dpn1 digestion? So that it will be helpful.....

i dnt hav the habit of storing the PCR images, anyways, you shd see a single band though not much revealing...sometimes you ll see a smear around or over the product. after digestion when you run you still see the same band but a bit more intense smear...

Note: i always run the whole product before and after digestion, subsequently i purify it.
