qPCR multiplex- impact of the fluorophore on probe annealing temperature - (Mar/08/2013 )

Hi all,

Does anyone knows if the annealing temperature of probes is altered if an fluorophore and/or a quencher is link to the probe? Does all fluorophore has the same impact?
