CPG adjuvant - (Feb/01/2013 )

Hi all
I have ordered CPG nucleotides but I have no idea of how to use it can any one give some tips on this?
how to dilute and how to decide its concentraion to be used?
how ot mix with recombinant protein?

also give the link to the source from where I can read much about it
