what is the formula to convert the RFU taken from a spectromax into ng/ul?

I have a standard curve. How do I determine the ng/ul from the RFU and standard curve?

You have the standards plotted on a graph - which should give you a line, find the equation of that line (be aware most of these sorts of things are not straight lines!)...

I have the equation for the line. How do I now convert the RFU into the concentration now? What do I plug into the equation? Thanks.

The equation should be something like x=ay+b where a and b are numbers, and y is the rfu, x will be the ng/ul amount. Solve for x (or find a graphing program that will do it for you).
