Generation of single cell suspensions from neural tissue - (Dec/10/2012 )

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has a buffer/enzyme mix they use to reduce cell death when generating a single cell suspension from neuronal tissue.

I'm looking to run some flow cytometry with them after isolation.
