GeneArt vs Quikchange - (Sep/25/2012 )

Does anyone who has experience with both kits have a preference for one vs the other?

You're so luck that I have experience with both kits!
Personally I prefer geneart kit than quickchange.
Because geneart digest the parental plasmid and PCR the whole plasmid in one step.
The drawback is the geneart must use specific competent cells from the company,
but I try to divide 1 competent cell into two reactions (also the whole experiment including buffer,template,enzyme) , result still good.
