Primer Design HELP! - (Sep/23/2012 )

Hi guys,
Is there a posibility of making primers that are designed for amplification of Beta Actin Gene in both Cauliflower and Chicken liver DNA?

It is possible if the two species happen to share a common sequence for beta actin gene.

AFAIK there is no known sequence for beta actin gene of Brassica oleracea.
Don't see any attachement.

align the two sequences and hope that both the 5' and the 3' are conserved for the first 15-20 bp and last 15-20 bp; this if you want the full sequence start to end
