Well you need to know first what cells you're going to use, then you can find suitable vector.

Salmonella typhimurium. pcdna3.1 may be compatible but I need BamHI-SalI MCS containing vector. I do not need vector constitutive expression in a variety of mammalian cell lines. I'm looking for vector surviving in salmonella. like PET32 in E.coli.
