Uniprot protein corresponding nucleotide sequence - (Aug/26/2012 )

Hello there,
I am trying to find the corresponding gene sequence to the uniprot protein sequences. According the swiss-prot website, there are not corresponding nucleotide sequences to their protein since they have merged multiple isoform sequences together to make their 'canonical' sequences (LINK BELOW). Has anyone find a viable (preferably quick and easy) way around this problem?
Any help would be much appreciated

You could try to use tblastn, that will find nucleotide sequences using a protein sequence as a query.
