Sequence submission in GenBank using Sequin - (Aug/14/2012 )

For the first time I am going to submitt some viral cRNA sequence in GenBank. I have prepared the sequence data using Sequin. Now I need to email them to GenBank staffs. I query is, "What information I must provide with the email?" and do I need to add any detail about my study?

Please share your experience.

not your study, but they so much care about location and date of isolation. I don't know why.
