any tips for doing Fluorescence Western Blot? - (Aug/12/2012 )

Hi guys, our lab decided to change our Western blot approach to fluorescence western blotting. Any tips for this newbie? Thanks

Assuming that these are the far-red/infra-red based detection systems, there shouldn't be anything different to what you do normally, just follow the recommended antibody dilutions on the data sheets for testing them out.
