nope, not directly. you need to read more.

There are however certain methods how to amplify RNA. Mostly with expensive kits.
But for real-time you don't need more RNA but more cDNA actually, for example with preamplification. But some people consider preamplification controversial in respect that they don't believe it doesn't skew the results.
