Would E. Coli cells be stable at room temp, if in media with glycerol? - (Jul/03/2012 )
I accidently left a plate of E. coli cells in media with glycerol in dry ice over the weekend at room temp. but obviously the dry ice melted. Would they be okay? Im guessing they will not be

There probably are still viable cells in your glycerols, however I would not simply put them back in the freezer. Plate out your cells, pick individual colonies, and regrow the cultures, then freeze with glycerol.
