Remove HA Tag in DNA sequence! Help - (May/24/2012 )

Currently, I have a gene with an epitope tag in a plasmid. So, Gene - HA Tag. I want to remove the HA Tag from the plasmid to just leave the gene, after which I'll transfect it and express the protein. Is there a particular restriction enzyme I could use in this case? Or does anyone know where I could find one? I just began labwork, and thanks to anyone who can help tell me how!

Have a close look at the plasmid sequence - the person who cloned the gene may have left restriction site(s) that you can use to either chop out the HA tag or sub clone the gene into a non-HA tagged plasmid.
