turboGFP Ab for EGFP detection in WB, posible? - (May/24/2012 )

Hi,

we run out of EGFP antibody but we have turboGFP Ab from evrogen. Does somebody nows if I can use it for WB?

I recommend you to align EGFP and turboGFP sequences to check what is the main difference. If it is single amino acid change (If there is no change in epitope), you can use turboGFP antibody.
