pINDUCER series - (May/18/2012 )

We have been using the pINDUCER20 plasmid for awhile and have had marginal success. When it works it is steller, but you might screen 50 rxns before you get one right, even if your sequence data looks correct. LR clonase gets expensive.

Does anyone out there have any experience with this system? Any thoughts, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated.

I did not have any problem of cloning into pINDUCER20 and 22. the sequence was right and I could get the expression of both GFP and my gene of interest (after induction). However, I can not package them into lentivirus. Have you had any success of making the high titer lentivirus out of this system?
