Double tagging - (Apr/10/2012 )

Hi,

I have a protein which has both a GST fusion and a 6xHis tag. I was wodnering if I could just purify using either one of those tags (the his OR the GST) and still get good purified protein yield

it should be fine as long as the tag for which you select is exposed and accessible.
