If i accidentally froze my PBS - (Mar/29/2012 )

If i accidentally froze my PBS and used this frozen PBS on HELA cells and then wanted to do lysis to my cells. How would this in fact effect my cells? and the proteins inside? Thank you

as long as the pbs was fully defrosted and mixed prior to use there should be no difference from using pbs that has not been frozen, unless you have freeze sensitive additives in your solution.
