plotting DNA methylation profile vs TSS - (Feb/22/2012 )

I am trying to plot pattern of methylation - beta values on y-axis as a function of distance from TSS on X axis. I have seen several of such plots However I dont fins any details how such plots can be genarted? Any advice?
