How to wipe out fragment of dead cells from the suspension cells? - (Feb/06/2012 )

As show in the title, Many dead cell fragments were in the suspension cells, I can't wipe out, who have good method to work out this question?

can you spin the cells down and the fragments in the supernatant be removed.
