What's the function of cholera toxin in cell culture medium? eg. MCF10A cell - (Feb/03/2012 )
As the topic, does anyone know how does cholera toxin help mammary epithelial cells grow? Thanks.

I think cholera toxin increases intracellular cAMP levels in mammary epithelial cells, which in turn promotes cell growth.
