using DEPC treated water for PTC - (Jan/22/2012 )

what will happen if i used DEPC treated water for Plant Tisue Culture (Callus induction)?

Theoretically at least, there should be no difference between DEPC treated water and the water which was used to make the DEPC treated water. DEPC should degrade to CO₂ and H₂O on heating and contact with water.
