Can someone show me how to create graph as such..

You'll need to find program such as SPSS, prismgraph or other statistical software to produce these sorts of graphs.

I have SPSS with me, but still don't know how to use it. Do I need to choose dot plot graph?

Read the instruction manual, it even provides examples...

Use the graph pad.
