cell DNA content of cells grown on different scaffolds - (Oct/23/2011 )

Dear ALL,
May i please know what is the most simplest method (kit available) that can quantitatively determine the cell DNA content. Please suggest the method. thank you so much

very sad that there is no response in this forum!!!! my search says that proteinase K with cyQuant analysis can give quantitiative results of cell DNA content? May i have any suggestions..

If you know the number of cells you put in, you could do a real-time PCR off a standard gene.
