intracellular cytokine staining - (Oct/09/2011 )

Hi all

I am performing ex vivo T cell activation and intracellular cytokine staining, but i'm consistently getting higher IFNg production from non-stimulated cells than stimulated cells. Anyone have an explanations? scratching my head...
