How to extract total protein from gram negative bacteria for SDS page and BCA an - (Sep/19/2011 )

Hi everyone,

I'm working with gram negative bacteria (Salmonella), I need to extract total cell protein for SDS page, BCA quantification, and ms analysis.
Maybe someone could share proper protocol,

any help is appreciated

Thank you, seems to be usefull articles, but they discuss soluble proteins only, i want to extract both soluble and insoluble proteins. Maybe you can reffer me to some other articles that you know. Everything I find on internet wasn't really usefull, i don't have too much reagents in my lab, searching for some simple protocol.
