I worked in the lap and I've used the actin gene from cauliflower (gDNA) and Chicken liver and I ran them in the gel and nothing existed

Does anyone can help me

what are possible problems or reasons for this result?

So what did you do exactly? It is a little hard to trouble shoot without knowing what proceedures you are following.
