Kit for Caspase Assay - (Sep/15/2011 )

I need to do a cytotoxic lymphocyte assay to determine how many cells are being killed by T cells. I think I will do a caspase assay to test this. Does anyone have any recommendations about the best type of caspase assay kit/company to use for this?
