checking msp primers - (Aug/30/2011 )

Hi,

I designed msp primers using Methprimer. I want to know if my primers are good enough to do a job.

Please help!

the only way to really know is to test them out in the lab, test them on arteficially methylated and unmethylated DNA templates.
