Cytokine assay - (Aug/30/2011 )

Hi all,

i am working on some cytokine signaling in some disease. I would like to ask if anyone knows an effective, sensitive yet not very costly cytokine assay that can allow me to detect whether a set of cytokines have increased in amount during disease progression.

i tried Raybio tech cytokine array for my human cells and the result looked great, it's also cheap too compared to flow cytometry or elisa based assay.

What protocol did you follow in cytokine collection?
