protein expression vector.. - (Aug/20/2011 )
Anyone know which vector is suitable for 3kb cDNA extracted from plant to express to protein?
Express in which organism? Plant? animal? bacteria? fungi?

Bacteria,
Any how what is your opinion, we just need the protien, which organism is better? and which vector is preferable?
Different organisms have different promoters, so different plasmids are used depending on the organism you are intending to express in. As you are just after the protein I'd recommend pretty much any common plasmid that has a T3, T7 or SP6 promoter for bacterial expression. Bacteria should be fine.
A Shine-Delgarno sequence will make quite a difference to the expression.
