Storage of transfected PC12 cells - (Aug/13/2011 )

Hello all,
Anyone knows a long term (months) storage method for transfected PC12 cells? Can we use normal freezing medium with 10% DMSO?

I don't think that transient transfections last past freezing/thawing.
