Transformation - Transformation (Jul/28/2011 )

Could Someone help me out here...I've been trying to do a yeast transformation but it isn't working. How can I maximize my transformation efficiency?

Hi Eleana....welcome to Bioforum...I don't know much about yeast except they help make some of the best things in life- wine, bread, beer....vegemite but the other members here might be able to help you better if you provide more details about your protocol...i.e. what you used, what you've done, what you've tried etc.
