Isolation of Bursa of fabricius from chicken - Contamination rate is very high during the isolation. (Jul/25/2011 )

Attempts to isolate primary cells from the bursa of Fabricius failed due to high event of contamination .
Any suggestion or creative ways to avoid the contamination will be very much appreciated.

A stupid troubleshooting tip: make sure the tools you are using are properly sanitized before you begin your harvest. Glass bead sterilizer, autoclave etc.

Also rinse the bird's skin surface with alcohol before you cut in.
