what are the all techniques to identify histone modifications and histone bindin - (Jul/21/2011 )

hi all,
i am working on diet induced histone mosifications. we have been checking two (levels of)modifications(one methylation and one acetylation) in histone3 at 2 residues by western blotting till now.i would like to know other modifications on all possible residues of histones.as we (and nobody can too) buy all the modification antibodies,i would like to know some other ways to find their levels.
malditof study has been suggested to me, but i doubt whether will it be useful
thanking u in advance
