Oligo Question - (Jun/11/2011 )

Just a very basic question. I'm reading a paper about dna quadruplexes for my PhD qualifying exam. In the paper they used d oligonucleotides. Does the "d" before the sequence indicate "deoxy" or "double stranded?" They later digested with P1, which leads me to believe that former. Thanks.

Do you have link to that paper? That should be specified there IMO.
