thanks in advance for any help. I wanted to know how to estimate the expression level of a protein that has been expressed in e coli. how do i go about doing it and what are the steps? thanks again.

You can measure your protein level with ELISA kit, Western Blot with antibodies, SDS-PAGE with a titration of loading controls ( like 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 ug BSA per lane ). Please refer to Novateinbio.com for ELISA protocol and antibodies.
