Does anyone knows what it means by coproantigen assay?

Coproantigens are antigens found in feces. Coproantigens tests are methods developed to detect coproantigens in order to diagnose intestinal diseases such as helminth, protozoan, bacterial and fungi. Usually, these tests are based on ELISA protocols.
