question - how to aminate a microplate? (May/11/2011 )

I know there are amine-microplate available on market. It is too difficult to make one myself? I want to aminate a larger surface of polystyrene.

Thanks

I am unsure what you wish to do? You can get amine reactive plates that bind covalently to primary amines of proteins. What do you intend to do by aminating the plate?

I just want to know how to make an amine reactive plate instead of buying one.

Someone once sent me this paper, I guess it's something similar to what you want to do...
