How to analyse stopped flow data? - (May/01/2011 )

Hi there,

I have an enzyme that breaks down a substrate which we can measure progress curves for (disappearance of substrate).
So I have all this data and no idea about how to analyse it.

I know that I have to fit it to an exponential function and get a slope for that, and then plot these different slopes
for increasing concentrations of substrate and fit it to a line to this... but beyond this point I am totally lost.

Somehow you can pull an enzyme mechanism out from this???

So if anyone can point to any resources on how to pull mechanisms out from stopped flow data, that would be great!
