siRNA screening and RNAse free - (Apr/27/2011 )

Hi to all,
I'll start soon an siRNA screening.
I know already that I must use RNAse-free water for the resuspension fo the siRNA.
U guys guess that is necessary to use all the plastic stuff RNAse free as well???? Or is enought if those are simply sterile????.

I believe plastics intended for cell culture are already nuclease free. Being sterile does not necessarily mean nuclease or RNase free
