Plasmid Miniprep yield problems - Low rate of yield using a Miniprep Kit (Apr/23/2011 )

Some feedback on my recent minipreps:
They are becoming better and better (the yield)!
Thank you for your tips.

But now I got another question:
Would a 4°C centrifuge account for a better precipitation after adding the neutralization buffer?
