Hi,

I am planning to buy an inverted microscope with a camera as a separate attachment. Wanted to know which camera (how many mega-pixels)would be good to buy? I normally would take pictures with a 20x or 40x objective. Thus, which of these, a 5MP or a 9MP camera, would help me obtain good, clean and distinct pictures using either the 20x or 40x objective?

Either should be fine, though the higher resolution might be more useful in the future if you want to compare photos.
